well,
Cars in Sao Paulo could go in town center depending on their plate number!
each day, plates that end with different number can't move!
for example, monday - cars with plate numbers which end by 1 or 2 are not allowed to go!
in addition, i was wondering about the numbering of buildings in each street...
you see building number 76, the next is 108, one after that 130, etc.
well, they count the number of meters from the beginning of the street!!!
actually, this is quite a good idea... you know how much you have to go!
today i was walking around SP. it is an OK town. reminds me of new york here and there (i am not comparing!!).
been to the museum of the Portuguese language. I didn't understand anything, as it is all in Portuguese...
